Ironman Wales – Tenby
Tenby, you’ve done it again! The electric, iconic atmosphere was back, keeping the rain away for a good few hours.
We had 20 athletes from #TeamPTH take on the mammoth challenge, and they all absolutely smashed it. We couldn’t be prouder! Every medal represents the dedication, countless hours of training, and unwavering discipline you’ve all shown. Soak it all in and remember – YOU ARE AN IRONMAN.

Saundersfoot Triathlon
Big congratulations to Dean Price, Jonathan Gibbs and Chloe Morgan who took on the challenging coastal course at Saundersfoot Triathlon. From the tough swim to the rolling bike and run routes, all three showed real strength and determination on the day – brilliant racing!
Berlin Marathon
One of the world’s fastest marathons, and Gareth Poston absolutely delivered in Berlin! He smashed through with a superb time of 02:54, a huge achievement and reward for all the hard work and miles put into training. What an incredible performance on such an iconic course.
Swim Serpentine – Hyde Park, London
Well done to Bethan Thomas and Craig Williams who took on the famous Serpentine swim, with athletes choosing from ½ mile, 1 mile, 2 mile and even 6 mile distances!
