The Weekly Roundup
It’s been another brilliant week of racing and events for #TeamPTH – with action across triathlon, aquabike, road, trail, ultras, and parkrun! Here’s what our members have been up to:
Glyn Neath Valley Triathlon – Multisport Championship Finale
Our multisport season came to a close at the Neath Valley Triathlon. A huge thank you to the fantastic team at Celtic Tri for hosting such a great event. Well done to everyone who competed and congratulations to those who earned podium places in their age categories.
Tydfilians Roman Run
James Lowery and Nigel Crawford took on the legendary Roman Run on Saturday – a challenging 16-mile route from Brecon to Merthyr. The course mixes trail and road, climbing from 500ft to 1,600ft above sea level near Cribyn in the Brecon Beacons before descending back onto the roads at Neuadd Reservoir. A tough race with fantastic efforts from both.

Bala Aquabike – Welsh Standard Distance Championships
