Long Distance World Championships – Pontevedra, Spain
What an achievement for Cathryn Williams, Nathan Launchbury-Jones, Karl Lewis, and Ian Williams, who proudly represented Great Britain at the World Long Distance Triathlon Championships in Pontevedra, Spain.
Flying the flag on a tough international course, each athlete gave it everything against world-class competition – a huge congratulations to you all on this incredible milestone!

From the buzz of The Wales Swim on Friday, to the rolling hills of Saturday’s bike routes, and the energy of Sunday’s run events – our athletes took on their chosen challenges with grit and determination.

Gower Bike Ride
Big miles, coastal views and plenty of effort – well done to all our athletes who took part in this year’s Gower Bike Ride. Great to see so many of you enjoying this scenic local event! A special congratulations to Mandy Town who has now qualified as a STA Level 2 Swimming Instructor! Fantastic work Mandy – your dedication continues to inspire 👏
