Swansea Half Marathon
A huge well done to all our members who tackled the 13.1 miles through the streets of Swansea. It was a warm day but you all dug deep to cross that finish line with pride. Whether it was a PB attempt or a steady run, every effort counts — and you’ve done yourselves and the club proud.
Swansea 5 Miler
Massive congratulations to Stephen Williams, who flew the flag for the club with a fantastic run over the shorter but no less challenging 5-mile distance. Great running, Steve!
Cardiff 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon
Well done to Simon Short, who completed the half marathon with a strong run and represented the club brilliantly. A special mention too for Jane Harwood and Sharon David, who both tackled the 10K — you both smashed it and did the club proud!
Vogum Ultra Marathon
A huge congratulations to Evan Smith for conquering the challenging Vogum Ultra Marathon. It’s no easy feat to take on the rugged trails of South Wales — what an incredible achievement over a huge distance.
British Sprint Triathlon Championships
A special shoutout to Carolyn Hayden, who represented Tim Tri Cymru at the British Sprint Triathlon Championships at Blenheim Palace on Sunday. Carolyn put in a brilliant performance to secure a top-ten finish in her category — a fantastic result at a national event!
