The Weekly Roundup
Another fantastic week for the club with members in action across some huge events!
London Marathon
A massive well done to everyone who took on the TCS London Marathon 2026. Rachael Thomas, Matthew Blackmore, Emma Colwill, Mikey Davies, Samantha Earle, Sam Healy, Jayne Howe, Dean Howe, Paul Jelley, Joe O’Shea, Gareth Poston, Neil Rees, Rebekah Reid, Lisa Smithers, Wendy Snatchfold, Alex Williams and Tim Hubbard all completed the iconic 26.2 miles. A huge achievement and one that reflects months of hard work and dedication.

LM MyWay
We also had strong representation in LM MyWay with Darren Forrester, Jane Harwood, Vickie Humber and Linzi Margetson all putting in excellent efforts and flying the club colours with pride.
Cool Mile Swim, Tal-Y-Llyn
In the water, Mike Launder and Anthony Holling took on the Cool Mile Swim Tal-y-llyn, with Mike securing an excellent 2nd place in the wetsuit category. A brilliant result and a great effort by both.
Pheonix Cardiff
Closer to home, the Phoenix Cardiff Not London Marathon saw Ann Hinder, Jennie Lewis, Carolyn Foley, Caroline Atkinson Hosgood and Denise Cotterell all putting in strong performances. Well done all

Parc Coed Gwilym
Stephen Williams earned a course PB with a great run
