The second event in our Multisport Calendar saw members taking on another tough challenge just one week after the season opener. Congratulations to Stephan Wilcox who powered through to take an impressive 2nd place in his age category – a brilliant result and a strong start to his season!
Newport 10K, Half Marathon & Marathon
Runners from the club lined up for a mix of distances in Newport, and we saw some incredible performances across the board. From debut races to personal bests, everyone gave it their all on what turned out to be a fast but challenging day. Huge well done to everyone who represented the club – you did us proud!
GB Age Group Qualification
We’re thrilled to share that both Cathryn Williams, Nathan Launchbury-Jones, Ian Williams and Karl Lewis, have officially qualified for the Great Britain Age Group Team, and will represent Team GB at the World Long Distance Triathlon Championships in Pontevedra, Spain later this year!
