Gwent Cross Country – Margam Park
Cross country season is officially back! The opening fixture of the Gwent League took place on home soil at Margam Park, with plenty of teampth tackling the mud, hills, and classic Welsh autumn weather! A brilliant effort from everyone who took part, from seasoned XC regulars to first-timers giving it a go.

Sheffield City 10K
Up north at the Sheffield City 10K, Bethan Morris flew the flag for Port Talbot Harriers with a fantastic run through the city streets.
