The Weekly Roundup
SWYD Barry Island Sprint Triathlon
Well done to all our #TeamPTH athletes who took on the challenge of the SWYD Barry Island Sprint Triathlon this weekend! A tough course combining sea swim, fast bike, and a run along the iconic Barry Island coastline. Everyone did the club proud with some fantastic performances, and a huge congratulations to Carolyn Hayden, who not only raced brilliantly but also came away with an age group win

Summer BBQ
On Sunday we came together for our annual PTH Summer BBQ – and what a day it was! The weather was on our side, with glorious sunshine from start to finish
It was brilliant to see so many members, families, and friends relaxing together, enjoying great food, music, and plenty of laughs. A big thank you to everyone who helped out with cooking, setting up, and keeping the refreshments flowing ![]()

Proper summer vibes and a reminder of what makes this club so special – community, friendship, and fun both on and off the track

Mumbles to Aberavon Swim
A huge well done to Craig Wilyeo who completed the incredible 7.5-mile swim from Mumbles to Aberavon Beach in just 3 hours 5 minutes
An amazing achievement that took determination and grit from start to finish. None of it would have been possible without the brilliant support and safety crew on the water, including the RNLI ![]()
