Barry Island 10k
Fantastic to see the Barry Island 10K back on the race calendar after a year out. A big well done to all our runners who took part—tough course, warm conditions, and plenty of hills, but brilliant support and seaside views made it worth it! Great to see so many of you out racing in club colours.
Trek26 for Alzheimer’s Society
A huge congratulations to Lesley Mainwaring for completing the Trek26 challenge, a 26-mile hike in support of Alzheimer’s Society. An incredible effort for a brilliant cause—well done Lesley!

Fishguard Standard Distance Triathlon
A top performance from Joe O’Shea, finishing 5th overall against a strong field, showing real strength across all three disciplines. Peter Malough also put in a solid shift on a tough coastal course—fantastic effort both!
Swansea Bay Aquathlon
Well done to Simon Short who stormed to a 3rd place finish in this swim-run event along the bay. Chloe Morgan also had a great race in the sunshine, flying through the swim and run to secure another strong result!
