Cardiff Race for Victory 5k and 10k 2025
A great turnout from Team PTH at Sunday’s Cardiff Race for Victory 5K and 10K events! Our Harriers put in some brilliant performances, with strong pacing, determined finishes, and great team spirit on display throughout. Whether you were pushing for a PB or enjoying a spring race in the capital, you all did the club proud—da iawn pawb!

Howum 2025
Taking on the trails this weekend, a huge well done to Tom Rees Gralton, who completed the HOWUM 2025 (Heart of Wales Ultra Marathon) – a challenging ultra-distance event through the stunning but tough Mid Wales landscape. A real test of endurance and mental strength, Tom tackled the terrain with grit and determination. Fantastic achievement, Tom!
Castles Time Trial Complete
Our Castles Relay Time Trial has now officially finished! A huge thank you to everyone who took part and gave it their all over the past few weeks—each segment recorded brought us closer to shaping our final teams.
The standard was incredibly high, and we’re now in the final stages of confirming our selections. The Welsh Castle Relay is one of the most prestigious events on the calendar, and we can’t wait to unveil our teams very soon… watch this space!
