West Glamorgan Cross Country, Penllergaer Valley Woods
Another fantastic year of Cross Country comes to a close with the final fixture at Penllergaer Valley Woods this morning, hosted by the amazing Paul Popham running club . All five of our teams had something to play for, especially our Women’s team, which started in first place in division 1 and hoped to maintain their lead! Your club and captains are incredibly proud of everyone’s efforts this season. It’s been a blast! Thank you all!
Mumbles Duathlon
Mumbles Duathlon: We kicked off our multisport calendar this weekend and are thrilled for the upcoming season! It was fantastic to see many of #teampth on the start line, with some making their multisport debut, and everyone performed incredibly!
Rome and Vatican Marathon
Last week, Ben Hughes raced the Rome Marathon and then, the very next day, went on to win the Vatican City Marathon! Absolutely incredible achievement, Ben! Congratulations!
Silver Trail
Mark Thomas tackled the Silver Trail at Bwlch Nant yr Arian, facing mud, water, hills, and of course, the wind! Well done, Mark! 👏🏻
NEWTCracker Triathlon
Michael Monaghan and Stephen Williams participated in the Sprint Triathlon in Newport! This event is always superbly organised, and both achieved fantastic times! Well done, both!
