Cardiff 5k, 10k and Half Marathon Winter Warmer Run
At the Cardiff 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon Winter Warmer Run, #teampth conquered three different distances in one event. Chris Bowen secured a top 20 finish in the 10k, and Catrin Evans achieved a new 10k PB. Well done both!
