Margam Park 5k and 10k
The third year of this event was a sell-out! Organised by NPT Council, #teampth we’re on the start line for this outstanding local race.
– Craig Merriman-Foley claimed 1st place.
– Rachel Monks securing a minimum top 5 place but could be 3rd place.
– Gareth Evans achieved a top 10 finish.
SanDom 20 Miler
Amidst full-blown marathon training, Karis Montague, Anthony Rab, Emma Colwill, and Sam Hopkins participated in Merthyr for this challenging event, testing marathon paces and increasing their mileage.
Malaga Half Marathon
Opting for winter warm-weather training, Wes Sheldon represented #teampth in sunny Spain, finishing with a remarkable sub 1:26 time after overcoming injury challenges. Well done, Wes!
