Widely regarded as one of the best 5K Races in the United Kingdom, it has an atmosphere second to none. We saw our athletes power to some absolutely incredible 5K times and PBs! Well done all!
Sunday Afternoon Tea
On Sunday, we, #teampth, came together in Rhyslyn for a walk, jog, or run meet-up and a good old social run. After a busy stretch of events, we gathered for a morning social in the great outdoors! And no run is complete without tea and cake, which led us to the fantastic @bethelchapelcafe for refreshments.

Congratulations to Carolyn Hayden for being selected for the Tim Tri Cymru 2024 team! Representing triathlon Cymru, Carolyn will shine at the British sprint and standard distance triathlon championships in Windsor and Mallory Park this summer.
Welsh Castles 2024 Selection on the Horizon
With just about a month to go for the famous Welsh Castles Relay , Sunday saw the end of Castles TT, where we will now select our 50-strong open and women’s team to compete in this great race.
