Saturday witnessed Gwent XC at Pontypool, marking the final fixture of the Gwent XC League for this season at Parc Pont-y-Pwl. It was another back-to-back weekend of XC, and our teams performed incredibly on the cold and muddy course and not to mention the hill
Rhayader Around The Lakes
The Lakes 30km and a 10km race, based in Rhayader, Powys, Mid Wales, traversed the town and the stunning Elan Valley Dams. In the 10K, Rhiannon Merriman Foley participated, and in the 30K, Ben Phillips, Lee Adams, and Richard Bleaney showcased their prowess. Kudos to all our runners.
City Of Newport Half Marathon
Newport offered all distances this year, starting with the half marathon. #teampth graced the start line, achieving impressively fast times!
