Teifi 10
Our second running championship concludes the month of April, marking the first time the Teifi10 has been part of our championship race calendar! And what a race it was! Claire Phillips clinched 1st in the female V45 category, while Heidi Waters secured 2nd in the FV35 category! Huge thanks to @clwbsarnhelen for organizing this fantastic event; our members absolutely loved it!
Welsh Coast 20 Miler
The weather held up perfectly for this event as our athletes tackled the course from near Pontyberem to Llanelli! Congratulations to Ann Hinder, Denise Cotterell, and Carolyn for their achievements!
Welsh Castles Relay Season Underway
Welsh Castles Relay relay season is in FULL swing. Our club Time Trial have begun as we initiate the selection process for the Women’s and Open Teams, both aiming to build on last year’s incredible performance.
