Porthcawl Aquathlon
The @porthcawltri put on their first Aquathlon, and our #teampth athletes did an amazing job! A big shoutout to Mandy Morris for winning 🥇 in her age category! 🤩 The event was fantastic, and we’re so glad to have helped make it a huge success!
Human Equine Experience
Alun Cox took part in the unique Human Equine Experience 10k. Runners completed a 10k fun route, with the top three moving on to the final on August 25th. Riders worked in teams of four, navigating gates and doing walk trot sections from noon onwards. It was an incredible event full of teamwork and endurance!
