The breezy but thankfully dry Swansea Bay 10K saw #teampth achieve some incredible PBs and first-time distance milestones 🤩. Well done, everyone!

Our now traditional end-of-summer BBQ was a hit, even if the rain tried to dampen the day. A massive thank you to Cathryn Williams and Bethan Thomas for cooking up a storm and putting on a fantastic spread!
Final IRONMAN Training Weekend
