Huge well done to all who took on Fixture 2 in Cardiff this weekend! The team spirit and grit were incredible as #teampth faced off against some tough competition and even tougher terrain. Brilliant effort from everyone who took part!
Run the Trails 10K
A massive shoutout to those who tackled the Run the Trails 10K in Afan too! The beautiful, rugged trails tested everyone, but the Harriers pushed through with determination.
