They’re about to face the ultimate endurance challenge – a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, followed by a full marathon (26.2 miles) in the tough Kona heat.
Mikey, Hugh and Paul have put in a huge amount of hard work for this moment, and we’re all behind them as they represent Port Talbot Harriers on the world stage.
