Benidorm 10k
#teampth went European this week, with some warm weather training and a Saturday evening race! 14 of our athletes were on the start line and hit some incredible times.

Seattle Marathon
Carrying on with the travelling trend, Ben Hughes flew across the pond to take on the epic Seattle marathon! Ben smashed it as always. We look forward to seeing where you decide to run a marathon next!

Bernie Henderson kept this quiet, but we always find out. A bronze medal from Cardiff Half for the Welsh Champs and being 3rd in his Age Cat @welshathletics . For the significant size of the field that’s an amazing achievement!!
