Welsh Duathlon Championships
At the Welsh Duathlon Championships in Harlech, Carolyn Hayden won her age group, successfully defending her title from last year with Mike Hayden also finishing 3rd in his age category
Paul Bennett raced in Harlech too and came 4th in his age category
Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10k
We took a full bus load and more to @run4wales With an epic 72 of #teampth on the start line. It was fantastic to see you all there and seeing so many PBs and achievements being attained – we are so proud of you all.
Battle On The Beach
Claire Walters took on the epic Battle On The Beach in Pembrey Country Park and on Cefn Sidan Beach and smashed it
Newport Triathlon
Newport Triathlon saw Richard Lowe raced the sprint and got another tri under his belt and complete it in an excellent fashion!
Mumbles Duathlon
Gary Rossiter and Geraint Jenkins did Mumbles Duathlon in super windy conditions but achieved some excellent results
