Congratulations #TEAMPTH on coming the 3rd team overall at this year’s Ironman Portugal – Cascais with 16 athletes! We were the biggest club at the event and we are proud to add this to our ever-growing collection of podium finishes at Ironman events. The infamous, iconic atmosphere travels worldwide and so does #teampth and its supporters. Each and every one of them smashed it! We hope you all enjoyed your victory lap after the months of gruelling training you put in – YOU ARE AN IRONMAN.

West Wales Regional XC Championships
We are ecstatic to have athletes selected for the West Wales Regional XC Championships yet again this year! They will be making their way over to Newtown for the race on 18th November to fly the flag for the West Wales team. West Glam XC was back with Fixture 1 at Pembrey, hosted by @trihardharriers . It was incredible to see the turnout from #teampth and the West Glam league with 600 athletes registered in total for the sold out event. A huge well done to everyone, and a big thank you to our Captains and Vice Captains for organising – a lot goes on behind the scenes at XC! We can’t wait for another successful season.

Abingdon Marathon
Abingdon Marathon – 3 members of #teampth went up to Abingdon to take on 26.2 gruelling miles, and came up trumps with epic performances and incredible times to boot!
