Welsh Inter-Regional Cross Country Championships
Another weekend, another XC fixture… don’t mind if we do!
Saturday saw the @welshathletics Welsh Inter-Regional Cross Country Championships in Newtown. We were so proud to have 12 members of #teampth on the West Wales teams and they all performed absolutely brilliantly!
West Wales were brilliant and it was great to cheer on our neighbouring clubs as we all came together to form one super team. The running community can be quite special at times.
Congratulations to Heidi Waters and Sam Gardiner who both came 3rd place in their respective age categories for West Wales! Congratulations both!
Congratulations to the Men’s Senior Team in which Sam Figgures and Scott Elvins were apart of to claim the bronze medal. A huge well done to all of the other regions too! Excellent running!
