West Glamorgan XC, Penllergaer Woods
And just like that another year of West Glamorgan XC is over
The final XC event of the year, hosted by the brilliant @paul Pomp, their first ever XC event and at the picturesque but very challenging Penllergaer Woods was a huge success
We managed a fantastic 3 women in the top 10 again and 1 male!

It has been a fantastic season for #teampth, for the first time ever we fielded 6 teams, 3 apiece for men and women. As we wait for the final overall results for both the teams and individual standings, we are feeling so proud of every single one of our athletes
Ironman Lanzarote 70.3
