Ironman Swansea 70.3

An incredible 30 athletes took part in the second installment of Swansea Ironman 70.3!
Every one of our athletes did so well racing against Olympic champions and World Class athletes, you all held your own against a stacked field. There were torrential downpours, wind from all directions, a monstrous hilly bike ride and more than likely the odd spectator getting in your way. We also had a winner amongst the relay, with Cathryn Williams on the Brav Endurance team! Take a bow, you are all an IRONMAN and we are so incredibly proud!

Cosmeston Relay

This epic event was held by our good friends @pdrunners. We always look forward to this event, running against some of the best clubs in Wales. The support from everyone in every club is excellent. One of our teams came 1st in their age category – Sam Gardiner, Nichola Wilcox and Clare Phillips (who even took a tumble early on!) and also Cathryn Williams, Ffion Williams and Sarah Howard picking up 3rd place in the Senior women category.

Evan Smith Finishes Dragon 100

Evan Smith took part in the Dragon 100 from Rhossili Bay to Cardiff Bay which had over 3400 meters of ascent. Evan ran an astonishing 102 miles covered in a fantastic time of 27 hours and 48 minutes. This makes Evan the 3rd member to complete a 100 miler race.

National Aquabike Championships

Ross Hamilton was in Skerries, Dublin for the National Aquabike Championships. With a challenging and rather congested bike course, Ross managed to navigate himself to an absolutely fantastic 2nd place! Congratulations Ross

Merthyr Mawr Rabbit Run

We had a fantastic showing again in this year’s unique event, which tackled everything from dunes to rivers. We love supporting local races.

Paul Popham 5k – Race 3

Another amazing local race which we absolutely love taking part in! Our athletes took to Swansea beachfront and achieved some fantastic times and personal bests.

Mic Morris 10k

#teampth took to Blaenavon to take on the Mic Morris 10k. The weather conditions were questionable, but the effort and times put In by our athletes were far from it! Incredible results from all who took part.

Chris Pridham takes Titan Middle Distance

Chris Pridham took on the titan middle distance in Brecon Saturday where the conditions made the event get described as “the most brutal day ever”
