Our very own Bex Owens took to the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii. She conquered the waves, dominated the bike course, and owned the run. Bex Owen is an Ironman World Championships finisher! West Wales Cross Country Championships Pembrey
XC is back! The West Wales Cross Country Championships took place at Pembrey Country Park on Saturday. The race was also incorporated into the John H Collins Gwent Cross Country League 1, and host to the West Wales Inter-Regional Cross Country Championships selection race.
We achieved some incredible results with our women’s team who came 3rd in Division 2 and our Men’s team coming 7th also in Division 2.
