Sospan Charity Swim
Some of #teampth doubled up the races this weekend! This event was so brilliantly organised and loved by all who took part, especially Cathryn Williams who took first place in the event
Caerphilly 10k
This ever popular and difficult course produced some excellent results and PBs! We saw Sam Healy take an incredible 3rd place in the FV45 category, and top 10 finishes for both Sarah Howard who came 9th and Darren Lewis coming home 8th.
Snowdonia Half Marathon
A scenic but tough Half Marathon set in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park, North Wales. It’s a that’s always on a lot of bucket lists! Well done to everyone took part in this tough race
Radyr Trail Half Marathon
Showing the best countryside Cardiff has to offer with hills and Mountain View’s aplenty. Mike Launder enjoyed it so much last year, he just had to go back again this year! Fantastic effort Mike
Bristol Half Marathon
Taking the short trip over the border, Richard Davies took on the streets of Bristol, and came back with a fantastic PB, new t-shirt and medal for his collection
