Shark Swim 2023
The second year of the highly popular Sharks Swansea Bay Swim and one of our multi-sport championship races. Our athletes had a choice of distances to tackle, from seasoned swimmers to first timers. We are so proud of the results you achieved over the 3 distances (700m, 1500m or 3000m) in extremely tough conditions!

Spartan Beast South West
This is the ultimate Spartan test; a challenging 13.1-mile course teeming with 30 obstacles in which Andrew and Melissa Humphreys took on and conquered. Well done to you both!
Adidas Podium 5k Home Nations International
The Adidas Podium 5k Home Nations International took place in Cardiff for the second time on Saturday evening over a lightning fast course in Bute Park, producing lightning fast times by #teampth.

As usual our athletes still managed to squeeze lots of @parkrunuk in, even if the weather did its best to put everyone off!
