The multisport season is back, and we couldn’t be more excited! The Wildflower Duathlon in National Botanic Gardens of Wales came back this weekend… is there a better place to race? We had a range of athletes taking part, from seasoned pros to new athletes taking on their first event in the multisport field. It was fantastic to see so many people attend the race, and always great to see our friends @bravendurance with their tent
West Glamorgan XC, Kenfig Nature Reserve
We started the double West Glamorgan XC weekends at Kenfig Nature Reserve, hosted by the brilliant @Cornelly_Striders- thank you for putting on a fantastic event once again! The race was a mix of sand, grass, gravel and tarmac, with the sand putting in a challenge for the final stretch. 3 of our fantastic women runners got in the Top 10 with:

Claire Phillips Represents Wales at Chester 10k
A massive congratulations to our very own Claire Phillips, who on Sunday represented Wales in the Chester 10K event. We’re proud of you Claire.

Margam Park 10k and 5k
Margam Park 10K & 5K – The second installment of the hugely popular event returned this weekend, seeing #teampth compete across both distances and pull out epic PBs even after our time trial on Tuesday



Red Warrior 5k
In their first canicross event, the red warrior 5K. The fantastic Carolyn Williams and scooby Williams took part in this great event and clocked a fantastic time!
San Domenico 20 Miler
San Domenico 20 Miler – The scenic 20 Miler and 10 Miler races set on the Taff Trail in the heart of the Welsh Valleys, we saw a great time Emma Colwill – well done
Welsh Coastal Run 20 Miler
WCR 20 mile run! This out and back fantastic event taking in the Welsh Coastal Path at its best! Julia Jones and Carolyn Foley took on the event after battling through a tough headwind and more hills than we care to mention! A huge well done to you both on your longest runs ever
