Neath Valley Triathlon
The traditional last championship race of the multisport calendar! This fantastic event held by @celtictri saw the triathlon season out in style! We saw so many new PTH athletes take on a triathlon for the first time and it is safe to say they loved it!
Course PBs were tumbling and some epic podium positions were gained!

The weather was scorchio but it didn’t stop us as all 6 of our teams left it all on the course!
Our fantastic Women’s V45 of Samantha Gardiner, Nichola Wilcox and Clare Phillips finished a brilliant 2nd place.
Ironman World Championship Nice 2023
A huge well done to Heath Williams who put in an amazing effort on a difficult course out in Nice over the weekend. A fantastic achievement and well done again Heath!
Great North Run
Great North Run – the largest half marathon in the world, and of course #teampth had to be on that start line. Excellent performances from Denise Warlow and Carolyn Foley, huge well done to you both
PTH 5k Time Trial
After a gruelling 8-week cycle and one of the hottest evenings to go with it, Tuesday was our 4th 5k Time Trial of 2023! Thank you to all of our time keepers, marshals, pacers and everyone who helped out on a boiling hot evening. Also, a massive well done to all of our athletes! PBs were smashed, goals were achieved. We even had some history made with a new women’s 5k course record with Ffion Williams setting a blistering time of 18:18
Parkrun
In Gnoll we saw: A celebration for James Lowery’s 50th parkrun and 25th for Karis Montague, and a course PB for Emma Gregory
In Porthcawl we saw: Ben Howells take a course PB
We saw Rhian Powell and Jules Jones in Chippenham Playing Fields parkrun.
