Pembrokeshire Triathlon Stage 4
Due to safety and weather related issues, the Tri was turned into a duathlon! This meant that the race started with an 1.8 mile run, with the first half up a 16% gradient. Fantastic racing from all on an extremely tough course, you all did yourselves and the club proud Huge congratulations to Claire Walters on winning Stage 4 of the @triathloncymru Super Series, Pembrokeshire Triathlon.
5k Time Trial
After another 8 week training block with our fantastic coaches our athletes took part in our Time Trial. The improvements and the PBs that were achieved were incredible, and to see how much our athletes have improved makes us so proud.
Run4All Neath 5k Summer Series
Our friends over at Run4All Neath held the second of the 5K Summer Series. A fantastic event but a strong beach head wind made it a tough course on the night! We had some fantastic results from the race! With Sarah Howard coming a fantastic 3rd female after a great duel all the way to line with Naomi Sutton from R4A!
Ammanford 10k
One of our favourite races around for its fantastic organisation, challenging route and great support! This fantastic race follows an open-road route around Ammanford and the surrounding areas. There were some overall PBs that came from the race and you all tackled what the hills had in store for you
London Marathon Ballot
On Thursday we were refreshing our inboxes all day as the ballots for the 2024 London Marathon dropped in!
Commiserations to those who were unsuccessful and a huge congratulations to those who were! Time to plan!
