Richard Burton 10k
What a way to kick off November! Our final race of our running championships for 2023 saw 150 of #teampth athletes on the start line an incredible turnout! They received the most incredible support and atmosphere as always from this very much loved race, with some taking on 10k for the first time and some absolutely smashing their PBs! We are so proud, we certainly know to start a month off in style!
A big thank you to all of the organisers and volunteers who helped make this event happen, as without you this race could never go ahead and is, as always, a race we absolutely love to support. @richardburton10k
Ffion Williams came in at 6th female and fastest woman from Cwmavon
Sarah Howard came in at 10th female
Clare Phillips came in 3rd in her age category
Our men followed on from our ladies and had an awesome 5 athletes in the top 50, with Craig Merriman-Foley coming in at 14th, and Mikey Davies just behind in 16th
Steve Morgan Takes On Ironman Florida
Steve Morgan went State Side to take on Ironman Florida, in Panama City Beach – an iconic flat, fast course. Steve came home in a fantastic time of 12:09 Congratulations Steve… you are Ironman!

Cardiff Tri Go returns once again – Ian and Linda Radmore took to the streets of Cardiff and loved every second of the event! Well done both!
