Barry Sprint Triathlon
Joe O’Shea, Claire Walters, Carolyn Williams and Mike Hayden went to Barrybados competing at Stage 3 of the Welsh Triathlon Super Series which doubled up as a European Sprint distance qualifying event. All smashed it and we look forward to hearing if there are any call ups for GB in the coming months
Cotswolds 113
Nick Thomas, Rhodri Lewis-Long and Paul Davies pulled some incredible performances out of the bag at Cotswolds 113! Lesley Mainwaring also joined in on the fun and raced as part of a relay team tackling the bike leg

Ironman Hamburg
Neil Morgan hopped across Europe to take part in Ironman’s latest race with a 10:16:48. All the hours of training and hard work has paid off, congratulations on an absolutely fantastic achievement.
Bristol Triathlon
Just across the border we saw the latest Tough Runner event. Perfectly set up and organised as per usual. The water was even warm enough to make wetsuits optional! #teampth kept them on this time and swam, cycled and ran to fantastic results!
