The clocks have gone forward, the nights have become lighter and it has been a packed weekend of racing. #teampth have taken to the pool, bike and run this weekend at two championship races.

Amman Valley Sprint Triathlon

Our second Multi-sport race of the year kicked off April with a splash! It was l fantastic to see so many of our athletes compete in this event, and for some members it was their first event in the triathlon field. We could not be more proud and see you fly across that finish line
– Cathryn Williams came an incredible third place in today’s event
– Sam Bowring came a incredible third place in yesterday event and clocked the fastest run split of the entire event

Rhodri Lewis-Long went to the Capital for the Penarth Duathlon and put on a superb performance

Paris Marathon

Taking her marathon journey aboard, Zoe Davies took on the prestigious Paris Marathon. After a long and hard training block, it all paid off and came in with a huge PB. We hope you enjoy your well deserved break in Paris.
