After an almost 20 year absence, the legendary Brisco Fun Run has returned to the streets of Gorseinon! It’s so good to see a race like this return to the calendar and even more so seeing #teampth take to the start line in support while achieving some fantastic results
Cardiff 5k Race For Victory
One of the fastest and well attended 5ks of the year! With a stacked field, it formed as part of the Welsh 5k Road Racing Championships & Inter Area Match! Some absolutely blistering times were produced. With a new training block starting next week, we can’t wait to see what the next cycle has in store

Today we already saw Cathryn Williams, Nick Thomas and Paul Bennett take part in the Aquathlon.
