Cathryn Williams and Paul Bennett Represent Team GB
A week which saw #teampth go on tour in Ironman, and the World Multi Sport Championships to represent Team GB 
Cathryn Williams and Paul Bennett both competed in the World Aquathlon championships in Slovakia 
Cathryn in her first outing for in Team GB colours, finished an incredible 8th overall and was the 3rd GB athlete home! Paul came home in an incredible 12th overall and was the 5th GB Athlete to cross the line.

Ironman Sweden
We have two new ironman and ironwomen into the fold! Lesley Mainwaring headed over to Kalmar, Sweden to compete and completed Ironman in an incredible 13 hours and 26 minutes
Ironman Cork
Peter Evans placed an amazing Top 500 finish and completed Ironman, Cork in 13 hours and 08 minutes
