Swansea Ironman 70.3
The only place to really start, with our Ironmen and Ironwomen! An incredible 32 athletes took part in the inaugural Swansea Ironman 70.3, and making us the third largest club taking part in this event! Every one of our amazing athletes did so well, racing against Olympic champions and world class athletes, you all held your own against a stacked field. There was hot weather, a monster hilly bike ride and more than likely the odd spectator getting in your way. Take a bow, you are all an IRONMAN and we are so incredibly proud! Thank you to all who went down to support the team, we hope you had a great day and wore sunscreen! Also a HUGE thank you, to all our members who volunteered and helped with the Volvo Para Tri series, without you these great events don’t get started!

Barry Island 10K – Barrybados failed to disappoint, and was looking great in the sun, as the slightly hilly course had to contend with 21 of #teampth’s finest! Some absolutely incredible PBs achieved!
