Bargoed 10K is the third race in the Avalon Motor Club Championship, a tough hilly course where PB’s are hard to achieve. Not so for Mike Worlock who came third and taking the top 3 spot, John Davies achieving second place in the Veterans category and Geoff Pugh for first veteran in the over 45 category.
